THE KING AND HIS KINGDOM 4: THE DAY(S) OF HIS WRATH

He that hath an ear, Let Him hear.

WAS THE SON’S DEATH PART OF THE PLAN?

O yes it was. Infact, it was THE PLAN. Without the death, the plan was incomplete. He not only had to die but had to be crucified, He not only had to be crucified, He had to shed His blood, not only that, He had to die to conquer Hadeth and Shoel which had power over every nam. Through his death, He became the first begotten of the dead.

The problem with the nams without Jesu was that there remained a stigma everytime Emini communicated with the nams, their sin was like a huge obvious sign with a permanent marker that prevented the King from relating with the nams the way he wanted to and like a huge weight that prevented the nams from entering into Ile -Ife which was where the King wanted the nams to be. He wanted them close to Him both physically and emotionally, he wanted to commune with them like friend with friend but their sin was a hindrance.
Hence, the Son died and all these things became possible. The Son’s death made the impossible possible.

A NEW WORLD ORDER

The King’s plan was to bring an end to all evil and it was a pretty elongated one. Every nam who had refused to accept Jesu will feel the wrath of the King because Jesu was the price paid for all sins. Justice required that every nam would pay for their sins one way or the other and the King is Justice and Love, slow to wrath but the day of his wrath will not tarry.

The next era started with the taking away of all the nams who believed in Jesu. Emini’s plan to destroy all evil was set in motion, His wrath against all unrighteousness was about to fill the world. But first He had to take all those who did righteousness away from Areth, all those who were worthy to escape the wrath of the King through Jesu.

One day, a trumpet sounded and only those who walked in the teachings of Jesu were taken away from areth, a lot of them disappeared and there was plenty of chaos. Those who were left on areth were fearful and could not understand why some of them will just disappear without any trace. Areth was in disarray.

But there was a nam called Atin. Atin was the ruler of one of the nations, Atin grew in strength and power after the disappearance of some of the nams, using flattering words He told the nams that there was nothing wrong and that all will be well. Meanwhile, Atin knew that their disappearance was because of the King’s plan. However, through flattery He won majority of the world to his side; what the nams did not know was that Atin was being supported by Levis. Levis saw this as an opportunity for Him to hatch his plan to gain all areth to himself. He did this through Atin.

So, for 3 and a half years, Atin put all the structures in place for him to have dominion over all areth, he made treaties with many nations even though he knew he will break them after several years. Atin united the world together, using the grief of all the world as bait, He made sure everyone was under his dominion and he killed anyone who ever tried to oppose him; He governed ten kingdoms and through ten subjects but when three of the subjects refused his bidding, he had them killed and took over their place.

He declared a new world order. In this new world order, Atin decreed that there must be one religion in all the world and that all religions must come under one. The whole world was deceived by Him because through the prophet He chose, a stone statue was made to talk. He decreed that everyone who will be part of the new world would be marked, without this mark, no one will be able to buy or sell and anyone who refused this mark was tortured to death (some of the nams who had relations with those who disappeared, knew the plan of Atin and tried to convince as many as they could that they should not take the mark). The mark was a seal for all those who will be part of the army of Levis for the battle against the King. Levis was full of subtlety, His pattern was always deception, He never spoke the truth without a lie, he spoke the truth to deceive.

Emini’s wrath was poured out on areth during those 7 years. In those 7 years, there were different kinds of plagues like the world had never seen before (stuff that was only seen in the movies).

THE DAYS OF HIS WRATH

The King’s name was Love, His name was Justice, His name was Righteous, His name was True. For this reason, the sin of every nam will receive their just reward.

The nams remaining on areth refused to accept the sacrifice of Jesu for their sins and the time of judgement for all sins was come. The Time was fulfilled. The Wrath of the King started with Atin, Atin was a dubious nam and evil. Emini allowed that all the nams should be ruled by such a one who had no affection but was untowardly evil, he was the first show of the King’s wrath; He went over all the world, conquering through deceit, flattery or oppression.

Suddenly, the nams began to kill each other on a scale like never before. Emini had taken peace from the earth. The nams began to die, some by hunger, some by animals, some from war, this was just the beginning of their travails. The Sun became black as sackcloth and the moon became as red as blood, the stars fell on areth and there were explosions in almost every place, the mountains and the islands were moved out of their places, there was so much chaos. Nams began to cry for the mountains and rocks to fall on them because death was a better experience than what they were experiencing.
In the midst of all these chaos, Emini was still looking to save some of the nams who through these experiences will believe in the sacrifice of Jesu (only that the days of grace were over).

A third of the population of all trees and plants was burnt to ashes, a third of all creatures of the sea died and all ships were destroyed because the sea became blood, the rivers became bitter like wormwood and several men died because they drank from the water. For many days there was darkness for a third part of day and night because a third part of the sun and moon was darkened.
Then, locusts were everywhere, these locusts stung like scorpions and they hurt anyone who was found without the seal of Emini. The locust will not kill anyone but they will torment like a scorpion. The nams sought for death but death would not come.

Just when the nams thought they had some calm, a third of the population of the nams were killed by four angels leading an army of 200 million horsemen. The 200 million horse men killed by fire, smoke and by brimstone which came out of their mouths.

THE NAMS OF SALEM.
In Areth, there was a place called Salem. In Salem, there was the temple of Emini, which Emini used as a symbol of the heavens. The people of Salem, where a special people, they were descendants of Marhaba and Emini had made a covenant with them that when they saw Jesu on the Mount of Olives, they were to know that was the time of their salvation.

The salemites were like all nams, loved by the King but stubborn and obstinate. The King would not break His covenant with them so He promised them His Salvation during the Days of His wrath. Through two witnesses, Emini testified against Atin in salem, so that all the nams will see their foolishness. The witnesses will prophesy and whatever they said came to pass because Emini gave them power to stop rain from falling and fire killed anyone who tried to hurt them. Atin will point to these witnesses as the cause of areth’s troubles (Another lie, another deception) because He could not kill them.

Three and a half years after the disappearance, these two witnesses were killed when their message against areth was over but after 3 and a half days they rose again. As they rose, there was an earthquake that killed seven thousand people in salem.

In the end, lightning and thundering and earthquake shook the whole earth. Every mountain was shaken out of it’s place, all islands disappeared, some oceans where dried up, every wall was fallen. The stage was set for the coming of the King. Levis will be conquered.

The time was set for Armageddon.

There is a line that is drawn by rejecting Jesus the King’s Son.
And the call of His Love we exhaust.
Will you come and be healed?
Will you whisper I yield?
Count the cost if your soul is lost and you gain the world but not Jesus.
Accept Jesus and Accept His teachings.
Because Life does not end at death, our ability to choose only ends at death.

Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord and God.

King Among the Nations ('ATOBATELE')

God has Spoken
Twice I have heard it
That Power Belongs unto Him
He is King Over all Nations.
His Dominion is an Everlasting Dominion.

He sets kings in their places,
He sets up one and brings down another
He sets up one and brings him down when He will not hear His Voice
He has set His purpose amongst the nations
That the Earth may Know that He is Maker of Heaven and Earth.
The Kingdoms of the Earth are given to whomsoever He wills
Even to the basest of all men

Ah, Lord God
Thou hast made the Heavens and the Earth
By Thine Great Power
And Thine Outstretched Arm
And Nothing is difficult for thee.

The Lord reigns
Let the earth rejoice
Let the Wicked Tremble
For He will trample on them with His feet of fine brass.

He has set things in motion
And the sons of men cannot stop it
Who is like our God
He has set His purpose among the nations
And none can stop it

God has Spoken
And Twice I have heard it.
That Power belongs unto Him
He will not rest

Until Our Enemies are our footstool.

THE GOD OF LOVE AND JUSTICE.

I’ll start with a story I read from the book ‘More than a Carpenter’ recently.

A boy was brought before a judge for drink driving. It wasn’t the first time. He pleaded guilty. The penalty of that crime was either $90,000 or 3 months in Jail. After hearing the arguments from the prosecution and the defence, the judge gave the verdict.  The boy was to pay the fine or sleep in jail for the next 3 months. That was the end of the case, He hit the gavel and all rose for the end of proceedings. As soon as He gave the judgement, the judge removed all his clothing, came down from the bench and paid the fine of $90,000 and the boy was set free by the Police. The boy was His son.
This is the story of The God of Justice and Love.

A lot of people do not understand Christianity, they say God is Love and they forget He is Justice personified; they say that God is Judge and they Forget that He is Love.

The Bible says:

The Wages of Sin is Death but the Gift of God is eternal Life through Jesus Christ Our Lord.

The word of God is Powerful and it is a two -edged sword, piercing asunder to the joints and marrow, soul and spirit and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of men.

Christ will Judge the living and the dead.

Christ died for the sins of the whole world.

Christ declares, you all, be thrown into the lake that burns with fire and brimstone prepared for the devil and all his angels where the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched.

Vengeance is mine saith the Lord. Vengeance is mine.

Many cannot reconcile these two things. They wonder how the same God of Love will destroy the whole world and send men to hell. They wonder why we Christians say we are forgiven and at the same time say that Christ paid the price for all our sin. They wonder how the God that saved Israel from slavery will send them to destroy the other nations in Canaan. They ask how?

To them, I will say this Behold the goodness and the severity of God, to them which fell, severity but to you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness.

You see, God is a good God and part of being Good is ensuring fairness and Justice. That was the very reason why Christ had to die. He died so that we all as sinners will have a price paid for all our sins. He is the judge that will judge every one of us according to our works but He is the Son that paid the price so that we will not be condemned. (Just like the Judge in our story)

Every one of us will be judged, take it or live it. All men will be judged. Christians, Muslims, Atheist, Buddhist, Lesbians, Gays, Pastors, Saints, Men, Women, Politicians, Followers, Leaders etc. Every single one of us without exception.

The Bible declares that:
All men where gathered before the throne of God, and the dead and living were judged out of the things that were written in the Books.
Whosoever was not found in the Book was cast into hell

Those who were found in the book were also judged. Their works were tried with fire. And as many of them whose works withstood the fire where given a reward. But some of the works were burnt. You see, God loves and judges. Contrary to the world’s perception of judges, He also acquits and discharges when the price of our sins are paid.

The Bible declares that:
Righteousness and Justice are the Foundation of His throne. Mercy, truth and loving kindness go before His face.

As many as I love I rebuke and chasten, be zealous therefore and repent.

That is the God of Love and Justice. Every Sin of Man will be paid for. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, every sin will be paid for. Every good work or bad work will have its reward, there’s no other way. And it is because Our God loves justice just as He loves us.

Finally, every man agrees that men should pay for what they do whether good or bad, we all agree that there is a moral standard to which all men must be held to. Ever wonder why you feel that way? If you with your limited understanding and knowledge feel that way, How much more your Creator? It is because Your creator put a moral compass in you to let you know that He is (I am that I am) and will judge every single one of us according to our work

The question therefore is, have your sins been paid for or do you have no sins that need paying for or How will you pay for your sins?

There’s only One way. Jesus Christ.

Thank You and God Bless You.

THE KING IS COMING

The King is coming.
His head and His hair are as white as snow and wool; just like the Ancient of Days.
His eyes are like a flame of fire, nothing is hidden from it.
His feet are like fine brass and with it He will crush the nations.
His voice is like the sound of many waters and it will shake the heavens and the earth.
His right hand is the arm of strength and comfort and in it are Seven stars.
His garment is of fine linen, it covers Him all the way to the foot and He wears a belt of Pure Gold.
From His mouth is a two-edged sword and with it He judges and commends.
His countenance is like the sun in all its strength.
Who is this King?
He is the King of Glory.
He is the Son of Man, who will rule every nation with an Everlasting Dominion.
He is my King.
He is the Governor among the nations.
He is King of Kings.
He is coming.

THE KING AND HIS KINGDOM. PART 3 (THE MISSION OF THE SON)

THE SON ON A MISSION
The son came to Areth as a nam in the Name of Jesu about 2000 years after the destruction of the first nams. Jesu was born through a Virgin to show the Nams that He was not the Son of any Nam, to show them that He was the Son of the King alone. He lived in Areth for several years, teaching the Nams how to walk in love and obey Emini.

Jesu's coming was part of the fufilment of Emini's plan. His mission was to show the nams the kingdom of God, His mission was to show the nams that there was forgivenesss of sins with the King. His mission was to show the nams the way back to the King, His mission was to be a propitiation for the sins of the Nam.

Jesus spent His years showing the Nams how they could once more be restored unto their former relationship with Emini. He taught the Nams that all the laws of Ile-Ife could be summed up in Love. That Love was all Emini wanted from them and all that was needed for them to be close to Emini.  He showed them that religion without morality was false and that no nam could say he was Godly without being morally upright.

Jesu was full of all wisdom, power, might and authority. He was a nam with a difference, He did in 3 years what every nam thought to do for a lifetime.

He did this because in the past many of the nams oppressed the poor and lived immoral lives while claiming allegiance to Emini as their King. Jesu came to debunk all their false teachings and pretences. Jesu showed them that the only way to walk with Emini was to be morally upright.
Some of the nams who expected His coming from the many prophecies in the past thought that He was come to restore a kingdom on areth for a particular group of the nams, they did not understand that Jesu was more than just a king for their group but a King for all nams, all nations and for all ages. But His present mission was to set the foundation for that Kingdom, the Kingdom of Emini.

Many of the Nams hated this, politically speaking they saw Him as a threat to their establishment, morally speaking they saw Him as a nam without morals because many of the nams were hypocrites, men with double standards who will do anything against anyone who was against their interest. His teachings and ways were so bad for their business and politics, they decided to kill Him. They saw His teachings as dangerous and were of the mind that He was just looking to usurp their authority and power (well in some ways, he was going to do just that, but their mistake was to think that He could be stopped).

Levis knew the Son and did everything possible to prevent him from accomplishing His mission, He tempted the Son the same way He tempted the nams but was unsuccessful. However, the plan of the nams to kill Jesu was a success. He was killed on the cross, crucified in such a way that all His blood was drained out of his body and all that was left was water when they pierced his side. All of His blood was shed. His blood was the propitiation (price) that Emini needed for the sin of the nams so that they could enjoy both Emini's love and glory like they once did.

On the day they killed Him there was thick darkness, thunderings and lightning over all of Areth, Emini was very angry, the King was very wrath with Jesu, Jesu was innocent but He carried all the sins of the nams on that day. He let himself be killed so that the nams could live and be part of Emini's Kingdom. The King could only let this happen because it was the only way the nams could be saved from destruction. The King did what he had never done before, turn his eyes away from the Son.

In the Death of Jesu was the price needed to be paid for the breaking of the law by the nams, through this they were restored unto Emini and there was Salvation of the nams. That because of Jesus Blood, they would once again be able to walk with Emini in Love for all Eternity.

THE RESSURECTION OF JESU
When every nam died, their soul and spirit will live and will be transported by the angels to Paradise or the nams wake up in Hell. The angels will fight with the prince of Shoel for the souls of the nams who lived righteously so they could be transported to paradise. In paradise, we find the nams who lived righteously; in Shoel, we find the nams who lived evil lives. The reason why no nam ever came back to areth after death was because Hedat had power over the nams and the nams were subject to Him. Hedat was the prince of death.

But Jesu was not an ordinary nam.  He was a man with the Spirit of Emini himself. When he died, He woke up in hell, his soul was lifted up and for three days in areth, He prevailed against Hedat and Sheol. Hedath withstood Jesu but Jesu prevailed because He was Emini, He took the keys of death and Shoel. In Shoel, Jesu conquered Levis because He had Power and authority over death and Shoel. Shoel could not hold him (because every nam was subject to death), so He conquered and rose again into Areth.

In Areth, He rose up as the Son of the King with a body like no other. With that body, He could do things no other nam had ever done, He could teleport, He could fly, He was supernatural.

His resurrection was to show the nams that He was not just any nam but that He was the Son of Emini. When He rose up, He told the nams that believed many more things about the Kingdom of God and told them to spread it in all the world.

Despite all these signs, most of the nams will not believe in Jesu.

THE MESSAGE OF JESU
Jesu’s message was a message of hope. He came to show that even the most sinful/evil nam could be forgiven if He would repent of His evil and accept Jesu as Lord and Saviour. He came to show that death was not the last straw for every nam but that it was only the beginning of something greater on the other side.
He came to establish righteousness, justice and truth on areth.
He came to show that areth wasn't going to last forever, that the Creator had other plans in mind.

THE PRESENT DAY ARETH
But not all the nams accepted this, not all of them believed in the sacrifice of Jesu. Some of them believed His teachings but not His sacrifice, Some believed His sacrifice but not His teachings. This was the tragedy of the nams,  the only way to be restored back to Emini was to accept His authority and sovereignty over all and to accept His Love too; you cannot accept one without the other.

Only if the nams knew what was coming,
Oh, that they knew the wrath of the King against all unrighteousness and injustice,
Oh, that they knew that the days of grace and mercy will have an end,
Oh, that they knew that the judgement of the King will soon fill the earth,
Oh, that they knew that righteousness and justice were the foundation of Jesu’s throne,
Oh, that they could see what was happening in the heavens,
Oh, that they knew that a war was brewing in the heavens,
Oh, that they understood the deception of Levis,
Oh, that they could see what was coming in the next era.
A Crusade was about to happen and many of the nams were ignorant.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH NIGERIAN SPORTS

It is said that whatever you sow you reap. It couldn’t be more true for Nigerian sports.

It’s painful what has become of Nigerian sports. It’s been hijacked by politicians and ‘men whose God is their bellies’. People who have no part of the sports world. For the first time in many years Nigeria has failed to qualify in all three African championships in football at all age levels. That’s just a sample of what is wrong?

It’s like we think that we hit rock bottom in sports and then we hit another bottom.

Asides from the issues of funding and the many other problems facing the nation and its sports, the basic problem with our sport is the structure. If we don’t fix the structure, we will continue along this same woeful part and for a very long time.

Take a look at our football and basketball teams, they are composed of primarily Nigerians who have travelled abroad and have taken advantage of the structures that exist within those countries. It’s been a long time since the Nigerian structure has produced any athletes with names worth mentioning. In the past we had names that we bandied around from our villages and schools, guys whose talents were found even before the world knew them.

We had sports administrators who had the passion for their sports and worked assiduously to ensure that all the athletes and their coaches were able to reach their potentials and provided for.
I remember back in the days when I was in secondary school. I want to salute Mr Adewummi. One of the best sports administrators I have ever met. He was just a PHE teacher but he handled the sports in Federal Government College Ikirun with such aplomb that during our inter-house sports you will think we were hosting the Olympics.

We didn’t need a stadium. All we used was our hands and the little support from the school authorities and we had the best possible inter-house sport competitions. There was hardly any sport we did not have in Ikirun. Football, Basketball, Discuss, Shotput, All the Track Races, High jump, Long Jump. Volleyball and many more.

With all the students Mr Adewummi will work to line the track and we were good to go to have our own excellent mini Olympics. It was here that the talents were found. It was here that we discovered the talents like the “Ladis, Ariels, Labush” and all the other guys who were great at these sports.

Unfortunately, we have lost all that in the country but till we go back to that very form of sports, we’re a long way away from achieving sporting success we can achieve. The reason why the USA is always the most successful team at the Olympics is because they have this same model, the British went back to this structure and it has paid up for them in the last two Olympics.

We need to get the kids back to the track and fields and stop building “omo get inside” schools like we keep building all over the country. Schools without space for sports or recreation. Till we go back to that model. Tokyo 2020 Olympics will be just another blur for Nigeria.

The government alone cannot get this done, individuals and private companies are needed but for them to join in, the structure must be set up all over again.

Schools should have their inter-house sports and from them the inter – regional sports competition to state competitions before we finally have the national competitions where we can have those who can finally represent the country. We need the inter - university games, the secondary school games and so on.The team sports need leagues for them to thrive.

One day, hopefully we will have a sports minister with such vision as to drive this form of sports structure for the country.

God Bless Nigeria.

THE KING AND HIS KINGDOM; PART 2

IN ARETH
In the year 1656 after Areth was created, Areth was in the Hands of the Nams.

By giving heed to Levis, the Nams began to wreck havoc on Areth. Generations after the first nams were deceived, Levis kept with his deception many more times and continued to cause problems, creating chaos and all manner of evil in Areth.

The King could control all things but He would rather have people who were His subjects from their heart rather than remote-controlled robots. He wanted a creation that reverenced Him just as much as they loved Him. Only a few nams were able to walk in love and Emini wanted to restore His relationship with all the nams. One of Such Nams was Necoh, Necoh was born 622 years after the first Nam was created by the King. He was able to walk in love with the King so much so that He was able to cross the Narrow Bridge to Ile-Ife.

Some of the Nams felt the missing link between them and Emini; they saw the evil around them and longed for something better, they saw the chaos and longed for order, they saw the fighting and longed for peace, they saw hatred and murder but longed for love; things only Emini had power to give. In them was something that tugged at their core when they did something wrong.

There was a Nam called Anoh. Anoh was born 69 years after Necoh crossed the Bridge to Ile- Ife. Anoh loved Emini and often communicated with Him because He walked in Love. Overtime, because of their disconnection from the King, many of the Nams had become very evil and Emini decided that it was time to Judge the Nams. But Anoh found favour with the King and the King told Anoh to save some of the treasures on Areth in an Ark. But all the other Nams where judged by the King for their evil because their cup was full. He sent a flood of waters so great, it destroyed all creation on land that was on Areth except the ones saved by Anoh as well as Anoh and His Family. Anoh was 600 years old when this happened.

The King gave Areth to Anoh and His family and told them He will never again judge the Nams the way He did with the waters and from there created a master plan to save the Nams from destruction and from Levis. Anoh is the Father of everyone on Areth. So in the year 1656 because of the evil of the nams, only Anoh and his family inhabited Areth.
Because of Evil, The King decided the Nams will only live for a maximum of 120 years.

THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE KING’S PLAN
In the year 2021 after the creation of Areth. Emini initiated His plan to restore his relationship with the nams and end all evil in his dominion. The King knew that the only way some of the Nams would be saved (not be evil or influenced by other evil Nams or by Levis) was for Him to separate them from the other Nams and teach them how to walk in love.  He started with a Nam called Marhaba, Marhaba was the father of all those who will be saved from the judgement that will come on all evil and the father of those who walked with Emini. He was born 290 years after the judgement of the first Nams.
When He was 75years old, Marhaba was told to leave his family to a place Emini showed him, Emini showed Marhaba how to walk in love.

LEVIS’ PLAN
On the otherhand, Levis also had a plan, A plan to exalt himself above the King.
Levis was evil, He would do whatever is possible to turn the Nams against Emini including deception, a show of his power, beauty and strength, whatever it took to prevent the Nams from walking in Love. Levis wanted all of Areth and wanted everything in Areth to be under Him, He believed that once He had all of Areth to Himself He will one day be able to wage war against Emini.

THE KING’S PLAN.
The King’s narrow bridge was created so that anyone who would walk in love will walk on that bridge and reach the throne of Ile-Ife from Areth. But the evils committed by the Nams had to be forgiven for them to return to the King’s throne. Forgiveness could only be received when the blood of any Emini’s creation was shed, but this wasn’t enough. The Nams needed a blood that could not only grant forgiveness but would cleanse them from evil totally so that they could walk continuously with the King in love. It was not enough for the Nams to be forgiven, the Nams had to walk in love, only then will they be free, free from evil, free from judgement, that was the only way they could walk with Emini.
The King will eventually destroy all evil, his judgement will come on all evil and everything evil will be destroyed but being a just King He needed a way to save as many as are willing from judgement. He had declared a day when He will judge all His creation and only those without evil will be free from the King's wrath.

WHY THE BLOOD?
The wages of sin is death, hence the only way to atone for sins was through something just as severe as death itself, the answer was blood. The law was that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. The highest debt a man could pay was with his or her blood. The “very life” of the Nams was in their blood, without their blood, they will be corpses.  The blood of any man would not be able to grant forgiveness and grant grace to walk in love at the same time. For this reason, it was necessary that the whatever blood was shed was “sinless”.

By shedding the blood of animals or nams alone, there will be atonement for sin, but what the nams needed was more than atonement/forgiveness, what they needed was to be totally free from the power of sin in such a way that once this sacrifice was done, there was no need to shed another because the blood will not only atone but redeem from the power of sin.
So the big question on Emini’s mind was who will He send, whose blood was capable of atoning and redeeming a man at the same time. Who will lay down his life so that the nams could be totally free from the curse that sin had brought on them? It was a tough ask.

The answer was that only Emini had both the capacity and ability to do this. No nam could be sinless, no man would sacrifice his blood for the nams, no one would and none could.

THE FUFILMENT OF THE PLAN
In Ile-Ife, the King asked "who will I send to save the nams, who will go for us?" The answer came from the King’s throne. His son would go, his son would be the sacrifice, his son would be the Redeemer. His Son said "I will go".

WHO IS THIS SON?
The King had a son who was the everything the King was. Everything that belonged to the Father belonged to the Son, the Son was the Father and the Father was the Son.
Everything that ever was made by the father was made for the Son and everything the Son did was done for the Father, they were inseparable, they would not contradict each other, their actions and their thoughts aligned, the authority of the Father was the authority of the Son, they were two persons with one essence.
When you spoke to the Son, you were speaking to the Father.

THE KING AND HIS KINGDOM. PART 1

This is the story of the Greatest King that ever lived. A story of Love, Mercy, Pain, Hope, Betrayal, Justice, Judgement and a Kingdom. A story of the heavens, earth and creation.

There is a King who lived long ago, still lives and will always live. His Name is Emini. King Emini is all a King should be. He had the power to create and recreate, is all knowing, all wise and all powerful. He can do anything but only ruled in love and mercy because His very nature was love. The only thing that will incur his wrath was anything contrary to the way of love, it was called sin. Sin was a show of selfishness and disobedience to the instructions of the King.
Emini ruled over all there was in His Kingdom. He ruled with order and with laws that He himself would not break because to break these laws of love was contrary to His own nature. The Sum of all the laws of His Kingdom was Love. Love was all there was to it, He would not break this principle, in fact, He could not because Love was all He could be. The Kingdom was called Ile -Ife and He ruled in mercy, love and Peace.
All His Subjects called Him the King Who Loves us. Everything was under Him but He ruled in love despite all His power and sovereignty, that was the only way He Knew how to rule.

King Emini had a Friend called Levis. Levis was the best of the best, He was the epitome of Beauty, Strength and Splendour. Levis would walk the streets and He will be regarded just as much as Emini. The King gave Him all the beauty there was to give and He loved Him so much like a brother. Levis was very close to home like family.
Levis had many others like Him, they were great in strength and power but not as beautiful as Levis was. They had different powers and were subjects in Emini’s Kingdom.
One day, Levis began to see Himself in the place of Emini. He began to see himself being above Emini and called the King of Kings. This was the first time a person in Emini’s Kingdom will walk contrary to the principle of Love for to want to take another’s place is not to walk in love, to be proud was against love, Pride was the first Sin of Creation, it happened in the heavens, before the throne of God, in the Throne Room where there was Mercy and Grace. Levis had friends in support of His plot, others like Him. The King will have none of this, it was just a thought in the heart of Levis but will not go unpunished.
Emini being all powerful and all Knowing, knew about this plot by Levis, His closest friend and subject. There was only one way to deal with this. But it will take thousands of years because Emini was quick to love but very slow to Judge. Many did say that to Emini, a day was like a thousand years and a thousand years could be like a day mainly because of His nature of love. Whenever He loved for a thousand years to Him it was like a day and when He had to judge for a day it was like he had been doing it for a thousand years.
Love had to be all that was in Ile – Ife, anything contrary to love will lead to chaos, the Kingdom was at peace because of love. Levis’s actions changed this, Ile-Ife will never be the same, Emini cast Levis and His friends out of Ile – Ife until the day when all sin and evil will be brought to justice. Levis would not repent of breaking the law of love, in him was pride and arrogance like never before, He will do anything to walk above the King. That was the only way he would have it.
Emini knew all this but as his nature was He was slow to judge and Levis with his accomplices will be dealt with when their cup was full.

Somewhere in Ile – Ife were the Nams, the nams were a creation created in the very image of Emini. They had all the attributes of Emini but lacked his physical power, strength, prowess and beauty. They were the meekest in Emini’s Kingdom. The power of the Nams was sitted in their mind and spirit. They were able to accomplish anything they gave their mind to even if it took them a thousand years.
Emini loved them so much and the Nams loved Emini. Their satisfaction was in the fact that Emini was their friend and King. They loved the King and would do whatever He bade them to do because they knew He instructed them from a heart of love. The myth in the Land was that Emini had a secret tube that connected Him to all the Nams and each nam could communicate with Him anytime they wanted.

To show His love for the Nams, Emini created a realm called Areth. Areth was a realm of Ile – Ife. Areth was theirs to have and to use. Areth was a land of milk and Honey, filled with so many treasures. When Emini gave Areth to the Nams. He said to them ‘Be Fruitful, multiply on Areth, Have Dominion over it, take care of it, be creative, enjoy it, it is my gift to you because I love you’
Levis Envied the Nams for this because He thought to himself “how long did we Serve Emini and for once He never gave us a realm but to these nams who are not as great as we are, He gives them Areth?” His hatred for the Nams grew and He would have none of it.
Areth was the Envy of all Realms. No Realm compared to it.

A day came when the love of the Nams for Emini will be tested.
Levis had grown into everything Emini was not. His pride and arrogance had given birth to all manner of evil. He would not repent and spent all his days working towards overthrowing Emini.
Levis would deceive the Nams. He envied their relationship with Emini and He believed that the way to overthrow Emini was to get everyone of His subjects to betray Him. He believed that once Emini had no followers, He will be able to destroy Him and become the King. He also knew that the Nams will not do anything against Emini. Their very existence depended on Emini, without Emini they were nothing. Levis decided the best way to get this done was to deceive the Nams.
He succeeded. He tempted them with one of the treasures of Ile-Ife; Knowledge.
The Kingdom had many treasures Knowledge, Wisdom, Wealth, Riches, Honour, Prestige, Fame and many more pleasures to see, to enjoy and be proud about. However, the law of the land was that you could only get these things by love. By loving another nam or by caring for Emini’s creation will you get these treasures. Love was the currency of the Kingdom and there was nothing given or taken except by Love. To love was to Obey Emini’s laws trusting His Wisdom in every way.
The Nams were deceived and made to walk contrary to the law of love by disobeying an order of the King and that meant that they too will be exiled from the Kingdom just like Levis. However, because Areth was a gift to the Nams, Emini would not take Areth from the Nams. Instead He created a separation between Ile-Ife and Areth that could only be crossed by a very very narrow bridge, History has it that it is the narrowest bridge in all the Kingdom. The bridge was so narrow that it could only take a man at a time and even the man had to be so light, any weight carried by any man will make him fall off the bridge.
Emini was sorry. The King saw the deception of Levis and was desperate to restore His relationship with the Nams but Love was the law, and the moment that law was broken judgement will come but as always Emini was slow to Judge.

WHY WAS EMINI SLOW TO JUDGE?
Emini was slow to judge in the eyes of many. He had all power and authority and could do whatever He wanted but the only way He knows how to act was in love. Emini Knew the End from the beginning and He knew that some of the Nams will repent of their sin and turn to Him, for the sake of these Few who will turn back to Him, He was slow to judge. He will not judge any of his creation until he had given them time to repent of the evil they had done.
He loved his creation so much like a father will love his wayward son or daughter and will wait for as long as it will take for that wayward son to come back to Him once more. The Truth is that ‘His love was even much more than that’.
Besides, He had decided and appointed a day when He will judge all evil.

The fact that He loved did not mean that He will condone evil/sin, He will not condone sin, He showed this to the Nams 1656 years after He gave Areth to them.

THE HYPOCRISY IN THE NIGER DELTA

Seriously, what is really wrong with Nigeria?

Are we running a Jungle?

Why does everyone begin to shiver every time the Niger militants issue comes up? Why do we treat them as if they have the interest of Nigeria or even their people at heart?

There is a lot of hypocrisy in the Niger – Delta Issue.

Recently, we hear there are militants in the south west of Nigeria and we send the Army, Navy and Airforce to nip it in the bud immediately (partly because our south-west leaders won't stand for any of it).

In the past, we hear the North-east has a crisis and we crawl around the issue until finally we realise we need to contain them until it was too late.

We hear of the IPOB in the South East and the government is so swift to deal with it after dancing around it for several days.

Are we a nation of militants? Are we a nation of Gun-carrying Mercenaries? For God’s sake can someone tell them that these gun carrying mercenaries who call themselves MEND, NDA, or whatever their names are, are not Nigerians?

Do we not learn as a people? In the past we have negotiated with militants and all they have done is just enrich themselves, Did Tompolo use the money He got from NIMASSA to develop the Niger Delta Region? Did all the other mercenaries take the monies they got from Government and use them to develop the Niger Delta? They negotiate with government, collect money, go to sleep and when the next government comes they wake up to their vices again.

In the South – West, we do not mince words. Because we know everyone who carries a gun destroying infrastructure is called a thief and a robber and we know what robbers do?

You don’t sit down to negotiate with them except from the position of strength?

We all agreed that they have been short-changed, so we formed the Niger-Delta Ministry and the NDDC to take care of it, and their people where in charge of these ministries for the past six years and we went as far as increasing the derivation to 13%.

What is wrong with Nigeria?

We begin to think that we will free the Okah brothers and the others who we know are known murderers? Their demands are not even for the Niger-Delta people?

Are we running a jungle?

Can we for once take a stand and say that if you are a murderer and thief, you have no business talking with government?

A word is enough for the wise.

If we don’t deal with this now, we will continue to create problems for our future?

No group can stand the might of the government and the government should develop the Niger-Delta while dealing with all these mercenaries who call themselves freedom fighters?

God bless Nigeria.

ARISE, O COMPATRIOTS

I was watching the speeches at the democratic national convention and It stung something in me and made me think of my country Nigeria.

You Know, there is a sarcastic, joking front when we speak of Nigeria because our pain as a people is so much that only time and God will heal and the only way out for most of us is to talk about it with a form of satire but I believe it’s time to break those bands so we can begin to build a better Nigeria.

There’s no place like home and in Nigeria is our land, Lands that are ours to fight for, Lands and resources that were given to us all by God so that we can prosper as a people, not siphoned by a privileged few who think that Kings rule and not serve. In Nigeria, we can build hope for our children and children’s children and show to the world that we are a great people great (something we have already shown with all the accolades taken by Nigerians all over the world) and are willing to take the reins and make Africa and Africans great again because the prosperity of Africa is tied to Nigeria.

We’ve got from now till Jesus comes to change the story of our nation and build from the ruins of where we find ourselves today as a people.

You Know our founding fathers (not the Awolowos, Azikwes and Balewas) our fathers who fought for the African man, that fought against the tyranny of the British  and for what we have, fought  not seeing what will become of the Kingdoms that they built (they just wanted to leave an inheritance to their children and children’s children), then their sons the Awolowos, Azikwes and Balewas fought so that we will become great and live better lives, what they did not see was that decades later we will still be fighting to be what we can be, they did not see that their efforts will create the most populous black nation, they did not see that their efforts will produce men and women in every nation of the world working hard to leave better lives for their children, they did not see that today we will be fighting the fight of our lives against the evil of corruption and lack of competence in our leadership.

The days seem dark and bleak today but when we look back on humanity’s history we will see that there will always be dark days but the way out has always been to hope. To hope that we will be out of it by putting our hands together to build a country where no one will be left on the side. Hope is what helps us see the light at the end of the tunnel but most of all dealing with the issues that have brought these dark days upon us; the canker-worm of corruption, the locust of ethnicity & bigotry, we must go back to the very values that make us who we are. We must Hope against Hope.

In the midst of our dark days, we still have men and women who are fighting for the good of all but they cannot do it alone, let it be known that no man in any place can rescue us or can build the Nigeria we desire on his or her own (at least till Jesus comes), the Nigeria that we want can be built by us all, every single Nigerian must put his hands together to build what we want.  We build by our decisions every day, we build by our decisions at the polls, we build by how we treat the person next to us.

We should not be carried away. Not carried away by the tyranny of some of our present leaders, their selfishness, their bigotry, their lack of grace and their approach to leadership. They are examples of how not to build a nation, they are examples of what we would not become, they are examples of how a nation can be destroyed and how a nation will not move forward. They are the cancer that we must fight in building Nigeria and making it great like it once was.

But first we must admit our wrongs of the past. We must admit that we have failed to put the weak and oppressed first, that we have not pursued policies that seek to strengthen our bond as a nation. We must admit that we have gone into public office by seeking the gains for ourselves, our families, our tribes, our people and our zones. We must admit that we have shed the blood of the innocent, that we have put innocent men in prison, that we have not risen up to fight for those who have no voice, that we have been greedy of filthy lucre that we have not sowed where we ought to so that our children might reap prosperity and freedom.

Then we must move ahead. Agree together that we will not repeat these same mistakes; that is the only way the labour of our heroes past will be not be in vain. We must push for the values that make a great nation hard work, compassion, diligence, determination and sacrifice by one for all.
We must obey the call to be Nigerians.

The call to be Nigerians is to serve. To do for the good of all instead of the good of ourselves or our group. To make decisions with the least of us in mind. That’s the only way to build a great nation.
The call is that going forward we will despise anyone, whether politician or family or rich man or poor man who steals our resources for himself or a particular group of people like our corrupt politicians have done. That we will only serve out Land with Love for all, strength for the weak and Faith that we will be great.

That the Labour of every Nigerian, dead or alive will not be in vain, that we will not kill another for the interest of ourselves or our people like the Fulani herdsmen are doing today. That we will see every Nigerian as a brother in arms no matter what tribe he or she belongs to. Only then will we be able to protect our unity in the best possible way and uphold the honour and glory that we seek amongst all nations of the world.

That we will uphold the virtues of fairness and justice. That we would not be involved in the politics of name calling instead of addressing the very issues that are fundamental to our becoming great. That we will choose leaders not servants to lead us, men and women who have vision not men who are looking to give stomach infrastructure. Men or women who are looking to serve not those who are position seekers.

That we will sacrifice for the person next to us. That we will uphold the freedom of every one and be bound together in Freedom in Peace and Unity.

That is how we will

That is what we are called to. That is how we will become what we should and can be.

That’s the Call to Every Young Nigerian if we will be NIGERIA.
That's the Call every time it is sung "Arise, O compatriots. Nigeria's Call Obey........"

NIGERIA’ S LEGISLATORS AND THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY IN GOVERNANCE.

It’s time to take a swipe at the National Assembly for once and call them out to their responsibility. The national assembly holds the key to a lot of developmental initiatives that this country needs and without any doubt the success of any executive administration hinges on the National Assembly.
There are policies, legislations such as the PIB, Gender equality Bill, money laundering act, whistle blower act, industrial revolution bill, and so on which the national assembly ought to pass to get us going from where we are to where we want to be as a nation.
I have watched with trepidation how our national assembly has taken almost 100 days to deal with the budget. I have to say that it is a gross show of incompetence, a lack of appreciation of what role they have to play for Nigeria to be great again and pure irresponsibility. I say this for the following reasons:

ONE
The budget is a document that needs to be assessed and all you have to say to each item of the budget is two questions in lay man’s terms:
Is this required? And if it is required, is the cost too high or too low?
There may be all other processes and procedures, but it boils down to these two questions.
I must say I am not impressed. Initially, I was impressed that they could get to problems of padding and etcetera, but right now I have watched with trepidation how they have found it difficult to rectify all the errors and pass the budget to the presidency. It shows that for a long time, the budget was passed on a simple whim of ‘Has he satisfied us?’
It’s the 21st century, there is a hard copy and a soft copy, and with an excel spreadsheet you’ll be able to edit whatever it is you need to edit within the shortest period of time. But who am I kidding, how many of our senators and house of rep members even know how to use a spreadsheet. Even, without a spreadsheet, they should be done with the document by now.

TWO
The national assembly passed a supplementary budget that will last till today, the 31st of March 2016. And here we are waiting for the budget that should begin 1st of April 2016 and there’s no budget to sign in front of the President. Alas, the President even realises there won’t be a budget to sign into law and travels to return on Sunday the 3rd of April.
Essentially, every Kobo spent by government from the 1st of April is illegal without a budget passed into law.  A good national assembly will know that the last budget passed will last till 31st of March and will speed up its machinery to make sure that it sends the budget to the presidency before the 23rd of March for the presidency to go through and have it signed into law before the 31st of March.

THREE
The national assembly takes us for a ride as fools and because of the pressure of the press, passes a budget into law without the details and one of them comes out to the press to say, it is a normal process and not a misnomer. I weep for my country Nigeria.

The way it is the executive has 8months to implement a 12month budget and we keep complaining about the level of implementation of our budget. National Assembly! National Assembly! National Assembly! How many times did I call you? A word is enough for the wise.

For pit’s sake, Nigerians the next time you elect senators and representatives, elect the people who can deliver.

Finally, to those who will be there for the next four years or more, stop thinking governance is a joke, stop thinking governance is about your interest, stop thinking that it’s about filling your bellies, deliver to Nigerians, deliver, deliver, deliver and you will get a second term (even though some of you will just try to bribe the people).

My Second Letter to the Feminist

My Dearest Feminist,

And now it’s March 2016.
It was international women’s day yesterday and I watched as a woman on TV spoke passionately for the women but at the expense of all the men in the world.
Fortunately, I found a post by my friend on Facebook, making the case for all our women but stating the obvious, she stated:

Women are smart, resourceful, hard-working and beautiful. The exact same is true for men.
Males and females are wonderful, amazing, beautiful, unique and indispensable.
There can be no man without a woman and there can be no woman without a man.
Making a blanket statement that women are better and superior to men is as offensive as saying men are better and superior to women.
In our bid to achieve equal rights and justice for the girl child, let us not go overboard and become the very thing we so passionately despise: chauvinistic bigots. (KAE KAY-MARCH 2016)
Warmed my heart so much
.
So my dear feminist, remember my last letter. I need to state the obvious once again.

Men and women are different and to begin to compare them in some circles is just plain wrong.

I advocate that the woman be paid just as much as the man is paid, I advocate that women be recognised for every one of their efforts and contributions, I advocate that the girl child be educated just like the men are, I advocate that women become CEOs and executives and so on.

But let it be known that the woman is called the weaker vessel not because they can’t do the things men do but because you cannot measure the physical strength of a man with that of a woman, I dare-say men have more emotional stability than women. Men are logical beings, women are emotional beings, this is what makes women realist and makes men more idealist, men strive for an ideal. On the flip side, I can’t care like you can, I can’t be as tender as you are and a whole lot of other things.

In our differences lies the need for companionship, marriage and all that God offers in a relationship between the man and the woman, I strive for the ideal and you bring me back down to earth, reminding of the reality before me.

Did you not here that the person who created them, created them male and female. In His wisdom he made them for each other not against each other. He looked at the man by himself and said ‘it is not good that man should be alone’. So we need you.

So I’ll fight for equal rights, I’ll fight for equal pay, I’ll fight for girl child education, I’ll fight for your voice to be heard, I’ll fight alongside you, I’ll hold your hands in this fight.

But I won’t fight for you to be me, I won’t fight for homosexuals and homosexual parenthood. We are different, forge a path for yourself and I’ll forge a path for myself, don’t be like me. Be you, the Woman, the Wife, the mother, be the great help that you’ll always be, because you are beautiful, lovely and awesome.

Happy International Women’s day
